The SUNY Polytechnic Institute Academy of Model Aeronautics University Model Aviation Student Club #15104 was officially formed in 2017 as the first AMA UMASC in New York State.

Formerly known as the RC Hobby Club, the group meets monthly (typically with CNY Drones) on the SUNY Utica Campus.   The group taps CNY Drones to learn & improve flying skills, learn & promote drone soccer (indoors), & partners on community outreach projects.

Groups work together to promote drone safety both on & off-campus.

Together – we are a force in sparking STEM interest, developing tech knowledge, giving back to the community & providing workforce development training in drone building, flight & repair.

Most of us are fans of NHRL so we pitch in with that also!
